Here are some of the projects I've designed, I mainly use SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD for design. I use Fusion 360 for CAM work, Prusa Slicer for any 3D printing and Ansys for any FEA, CFD work I need to do. CubeSat (Mini satellite)
Here is a CubeSat I designed for Space Concordia. The design follows strict guidelines provided by the Space Concordia Spacecraft division. This satellite is meant to orbit earth while monitoring forest fires using AI and relay information back to ground base via the onboard chip.
Concordia Baja Racing Front Push Bar
A push bar I designed for Concordia's Baja Racing Team that had many requirements. This is the front push bar that will connect to the front bumper of the car and with an applied torque by the pit members, will lift the front two tires off of the ground so that the pit crew can quickly and safely change the front two wheels.
Concordia Baja Racing Rear Push Bar
A rear push bar I designed for Concordia's Baja Racing Team that had many requirements. This is the rear push bar that will connect to the rear bumper of the car and with an applied torque by the pit members, will lift the rear two tires off of the ground so that the pit crew can quickly and safely change the rear two wheels.
Drive Shaft
A simple shaft with different types of gears to receive an input via a gear connected to the shaft via a retaining key. The rotational motion is then transmitted throughout the shaft to the next gear, which ideally would be coupled with another gear connected to a different shaft to transmit the rotational motion at a reduced speed.
Slider-Crank Mechanism
The slider-crank mechanism represents a piston cylinder, using SolidWorks motion simulator. Different rotational speeds were applied to the crank and the linear motion of the slider was analyzed while different forces were applied to the slider.
